Map your costs before calling it profit.
Use gross revenue before fees and enter refunds separately. Amounts must use a decimal point, for example 12.50. Cost columns are totals per CSV row except product cost, which you can set to per unit. Unmapped costs are excluded and shown as missing. Results are product contribution, not business net profit: overhead, tax and any unprovided costs are excluded. Use the same VAT basis throughout.
